Green Globe International, Inc. Releases August 2011 Newsletter Including Q and A with New Interim President

Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC: GGII), doing business as
Green Globe Capital Partners, today announced the release of the
company’s August 2011 shareholder newsletter that includes a
Question and Answer feature with newly appointed Interim President
Christopher M. Kimmes, in which Mr. Kimmes discusses his role with
the company and what he sees as its future.
The August 2011 newsletter has been added to the company’s
website at http://www.greenglobeint.com/articles/1, and a notice of
the newsletter’s release will be distributed to subscribers of the
company's website-based mailing list.
In his Q and A, Mr. Kimmes states that the company “is faced
with a plethora of opportunity. That said, the immediate goal is to
clearly identify, prioritize and begin executing on what will
deliver real value to those that we serve and partner with while
communicating our early capabilities the marketplace and to our
shareholders. I foresee GGCP growing up in the certification space,
to connective partnering, while providing a modest fund from which
it will begin assisting early stage business deploy their models
into a bulge bracket global force.”
The newsletter also reviews the company’s plan to change its
name to Green Globe Capital Partners in order to more accurately
reflect the broadening of the company's focus beyond just the Green
Globe brand and into other sectors within the burgeoning
environmental marketplace, including fund management and
environmental project financing. The company is currently in the
process of filing the appropriate paperwork with the State of
Delaware, and once the change is approved with the state, the
company will file a corporate action request with FINRA to effect
the name change. A new website is currently under construction and
is expected to be launched in the next several weeks. In addition
to the new public company site, Green Globe, Ltd., the UK
corporation that owns the Green Globe brand, will be launching its
