Yes, if you wished to sell, harvest the tax loss, and rebuy in Jan to avoid the wash sell rule, and to have shares in the first of the year when NEWS is likely to happen, you would have sold at the end of November. Anyone who sells now, would have to wait a month to avoid the wash sale rule, and who knows how high they would have to pay to get in then?

The reasons why he hasnt done anything with SRNW, and his other shells as well, are twofold Imo.
The first is that SRNW is a very small float illiquid stock. That is not attractive to incoming companies. He will have to do a forward split if he ever wants to make Srnw attractive to companies and investors alike.
The 2nd and by far the most important reason is, and like I mentioned relates to every one of his shells, is that ever since the Fall of 2021 the merger, Spac, Reverse merger market, Ipo market whatever you want to call it have all come to a complete and screeching standstill. NOTHING and I mean 0.0 mergers have been getting done no matter whether large or small. This was due to rising interest rates as well as the Biden administration. Fortunately that is all rapidly changing now. Interest rates are falling and Trump, who is very pro business and pro crypto is about to usher in a whole new era of business combinations.
Get ready because 2025 is going to be Epic for GVSI.

What difference does it make if this ticker drops down from .0036 to .0020 and then back in between in the next 6 months unless you're buying huge quantities and then trading on every mini-bump or drop (which I doubt many are doing). You either believe that Sharp will get things right with the ticker so it can then enter into some form of acquisition that benefits shareholders (see Lime Time/Drug Doctor's posts); or you think GVSI is just an unfixable problem that no company of any value would want to be involved with (see Hi-Lo/I-Glow's posts).
Me, personally, I don't believe in Sharp any longer. He's fumbled and bumbled through GVSI for 3+ years with error-filled filings, and promises that never came to fruition. More importantly, he's had another ticker (SRNW) that has no apparent flaws and he still hasn't been able to make a deal there yet after 3+ years of fumbling around. He also allowed ego to get in the way of making a deal with WNFT so that one could have had an acquisition years ago. I'm of the opinion that TSNP was Sharp's one lucky break - fueled by favorable market conditions and crazy FOMO. I could be wrong - George might surprise me, but his inability to do anything with his other tickers makes me lean to feeling that even if there is some acquisition ultimately made for GVSI/SRNW/WNFT, it will be small-time and disappointing. Again - I hope I'm wrong for the sake of the longs here, but I can't join you on the road to nowhere.

Why would that matter? He is still going to the tracks to watch his ponies run. SMH
