How can TK say he is the largest shareholder and NOT be an INSIDER???

He is the largest NOTE HOLDER and only NOTE HOLDER...so every conversion is FREE TRADING stock that goes to HIM!!!

How come he is NOT FILING any Form 4's!!!

TK says in the interview, he funds Steffan money for compliance and accounting and legal every month.

TK says he is not an insider in the recording at 22:30 (this would be a LIE) if he was actually holding his stock and not selling the almost ONE BILLION FREE TRADING shares he has received in the last 15 months

SOMEONE IS LYING....YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.

I have personally met with Steffan several times and went out to the offices he lost in Las Vegas....Steffan is NOT a savvy businessman....he is a JOKE and a LIAR and PUMPER....and that is clear from his past performance. He lost almost $2M on the New Year's Eve Party he is so proud of....HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIS LACK OF SIMPLE BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE....I SOLD ALL MY SHARES AND TOOK A $30K LOSS MONTHS AGO.

One Year Later...

I have been telling you this FOR A YEAR. It is all a PUMP and DUMP...there is no value here or TK would hold his shares as he has all of the INSIDE INFORMATION!!!

GTVH does not get ONE CENT from all the billion new heavily discounted FREE TRADING SHARES he has issued to TK over the last s18 months!!!!

So explain to me how they have any Operating Money??? How does he pay any bills? How can anyone loan the company money as there is $5 Million in TOXIC DEBT in front of them!!!!

I do not expect an answer, because there isn't one....that is why it is called TOXIC DEBT!!!
