Go Green Global Technologies Corp. Announces Quarterly Financial Results and the Resignation of CEO Paul Murdock

Mr. Murdock to Step Down from CEO Position Immediately

MONROE, CT / ACCESSWIRE / September 3, 2015 / Go Green Global Technologies Corp. ("Go Green"), (OTC Pink: GOGR) (PINKSHEES: GOGR), an innovative U.S. water and fuel technology company, today announces that its Quarterly Disclosure Statement was posted on the OTC Markets, OTC Disclosure and News Service on August 15, 2015. Included in the Quarterly Disclosure Statement is Go Green's Unaudited GAAP Financial Statements for the period ending June 30, 2015. For the three months ending June 30, 2015 revenue was $3,300. Net loss for the period was $173,279. This brings year-to-date revenue and net loss to $18,477 and $338,746 respectively. While to Company's Board of Directors recognizes that the relocation of its manufacturing facility had a negative impact on sales for the first half of the year, the customer interest in it's products and adequate finished product inventory on hand during the first half should've resulted in significantly higher revenue during the period. The Company's Board of Directors accepted Mr. Murdock's resignation as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer on August 26, 2015. Prior to accepting his resignation, the Board of Directors had been proactively searching for his replacement and believes that a new Chief Executive Officer hire is imminent. In the interim, the current Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chairman of the Board, Mark Del Priore, will handle Mr. Murdock's duties.
