Eco-Tek Worldwide Announces Co-operation Agreement with the Enterprise Europe Network

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2014) - Eco-Tek Group Inc. (OTCBB:ETEK) is pleased to the signing of a Co-operation Agreement with Enterprise Europe Network. The Agreement, spearheaded by the Technology Transfer Centre at the University of Zielona Gora, will promote Eco-Tek and its products to nearly 600 institutions in the EU marketplace. It is important to note that the program is financed from EU funds. Included in the Agreement is assistance from the University in obtaining EU research grants for the enhancement of the Company's products and product compliance within the EU.

In other news, we have received word from our Auditors with regards to our 2013 10K filing. "We are scheduled to complete in the week beginning June 30." stated Mr. John Malone of Malone Bailey. The Company is providing every assistance that we can to the Auditors.
