They can’t use the WV 15 million to pay off toxic loans or Moroccan casino markers. It’s for equipment that is then the collateral for the 15 million loan.

$CLNV The recent filing shows that the obvious reason there is selling now is because the lenders of a very small (about $300k) are now able to sell and get their money back. The lenders do not care about making profits on the obvious big news that is imminent, so they simply sell just to get their money back. This is creating a real "No Brainer" buy for small investors. The $15 million is just the start of major money coming into CLNV and it HAS BEEN FINALIZED. The loan guarantee is backed by the State of West Virginia which is EXTREMELY EASY AND FAST TO MONETIZE. Then the big bond money could come rolling in shortly after. Shares are down sharply and at their lows. This is amazing and timely opportunity for small investors to take advantage of convertible lenders forced selling and get into something that is likely to blast off to record highs soon.

They aren't paying off any loans. They're just trying to make the payments. They aren't going to be making any payments with that $15m even if they get it. I think WV would have a huge problem with that since the money is supposed to be for setting up the plant. They have no income, just expenses that they can't keep up with. Not a good position to be in as a company. The dilution will continue for the foreseeable future. Probably about 1 billion total float very soon.
