Capgemini Inks IT Deal With Bayer Worth More Than EUR1 Billion

Capgemini SE (CAP.FR) said Wednesday that it was awarded a
six-year contract worth more than 1 billion euros ($1.1 billion) by
Germany's Bayer AG (BAYN.XE).
Under the terms of the agreement, the French technology
consultancy will help Bayer in its digitalization efforts and in
its cloud-computing transformation. The two companies will
cooperate in the fields of enterprise resource planning, analytics,
automation and service integration, Capgemini said.
The company added that the collaboration is due to start at the
beginning of next year.
