The current market value for this suspended ticker is $746,716,270. Soon to be back over $1B if it keeps rebounding. Based on what? The company hasn't put out anything since putting out this pr after the SEC suspension that sent it to the greys, now trading on the "expert" market.

Investor Bulletin: Trading Suspensions โ What Happens When They End?
March 4, 2019
The SECโs Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this Investor Bulletin to answer some of the questions we receive from investors about what happens at the end of a trading suspension.
Why would the SEC suspend trading in a stock?
The federal securities laws generally allow the SEC to suspend trading in any stock for up to ten business days if the SEC believes the suspension is necessary to protect investors and the public interest. Some examples of when the SEC may suspend trading include:
There is a lack of current information about the company (for example, when a company is delinquent in its filings of required reports);
Questions arise about the accuracy of publicly available information, including in company press releases and reports, about the companyโs current operational status, financial condition, or business transactions; or
Questions arise about trading in the stock, including trading by insiders, potential market manipulation, and the ability to clear and settle transactions in the stock.
What happens when the trading suspension period ends?
What happens after a suspension depends on the market where the stock trades โ different rules apply in different types of markets.
Over-The-Counter (OTC) Stocks
A quoted market for stocks that trade in the OTC market, which includes stocks quoted on the Bulletin Board and OTC Link (f/k/a Pink Sheets), does not automatically resume at the end of a trading suspension period. Before an OTC stock can resume being quoted after a suspension, a broker-dealer must fulfill the requirements of certain SEC and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules. For additional information on these rules, please read our Investor Bulletin: Trading Suspensions.
Exchange Traded Stocks
Stocks that trade on a national securities exchange will resume trading automatically when a suspension ends.
WARNING
Use caution before buying or selling any stock after a trading suspension ends. The SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine if it has violated securities laws and rules, but will not make any comments on the status of any investigation. The SEC will publicly announce any enforcement action against the company.

You are correct!
The problem for any of us that got stuck by this group is that not 1 product was ever sold in 3 years, no revenue, they never owned any aspect of Injex, no patents, no trademarks, no worldwide marketing rights, accepted financial investments under false pretense based on not owning anything, false filings.
Then you add the possibility of the law suit in California regarding their ACTIONS potentially with the FDA, then you look at their FDA filings of a couple of day's ago for their purported products inolife 30,inolife 30 and inolife 50 the fraud, sham continues on.

Once again Wazer, you are off.
I am not supporting either party.
But if you once again look at facts and what read what was filed with the courts in detail, you will find that there is an email from Lanham to Berthold on file that was sent to Berthold prior to the stock purchase agreement being executed that states from Lanham that the needless company (Injex) had over 10,000 injectors that needed to be sold prior to them launching their new needless syringe. If Lanham was telling the truth, why no product sales from 2-2016 until today? If you ever attempted to purchase a needless product from Inolife website they were and have been "out of stock".
Why is that Wazer????
Have you ever seen any support documents Wazer from this Canadian group showing that they ever actually owed Injex or anything that they stated within the definitive agreement signed by Henry Benoit and Dr. John Oda, WAZER?
Then take a few minutes and research the legal filings in California filed on November 8,2018 by Mr. Andrew Cartee against many of these Canadians, Lanham, Inolife, etc.in behalf of HNS, EQUIDYNE and Aijex. If their claims against these characters is valid regarding their fraudulent FDA activities, I would think that this entire group of Canadians, Lanham, Beam and anyone else associated with this since 1/2016 until today is running and hiding in the weeds. Plus you take within that recent California filing JF Amyot being the head of N3gu, there are serious and profound SEC issues that are going to jump all over this group.
All of this groups action make Berthold and his group look like children.
