The extension covers a 4 year period (3 years plus an option for a 1 year extension). The last contract with DSM was valid until January 1, 2011 and this will now be extended by three years. ARCADIS AQUMEN provides procurement and management services related to facility management on an annual basis for DSM with a total value of approximately EUR 20 million. The facility management and real estate services are delivered on plant and office locations of DSM. Activities include procurement and management of building maintenance, real estate management, catering, cleaning, and staff transportation. With this extension, ARCADIS AQUMEN will also contribute to the strategic cost saving program of DSM.
