GLENVIEW, Ill., March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Apple Rush Co.,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRU.PK). The Court has dismissed the
Garden Beverages Inc. action filed in Cook County Illinois (Case No. 09 L 12858),
against Apple Rush Co., Inc., which claim arose out of Apple Rush
Co., Inc.'s purchase of Garden Beverage Inc. for $500,000.
"As we move forward with the last of the law suits filed
against Apple Rush Co., Inc. being dismissed, including, recently,
the action filed by Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., d/b/a Cadbury
Schweppes Bottling Group NYSP: DPS", we can now focus on growing,
Apple Rush®, one of the oldest organic natural brands in
America. Our focus will be to expand sales and refine and
continue to improve product lines and to establish networks of
success, rather than consuming energies in litigation related
activities. The Company expended no funds to extinguish this
litigation. The natural beverages market, which includes that
pursued by Apple Rush®, continues to enjoy a growth cycle,
while the soft drink cola market continues to shrink", says
Robert Corr, President.

In addition, says Corr consumers are tuning from refined
sugars and demanding fresh, natural, and organic in larger and
larger numbers and Apple Rush is filling this gap
