All Nippon Airways Co. (9202.TO) doesn't expect any further
delays in the delivery of the Boeing Co. (BA) 787 Dreamliners it
has on order, an executive for the Japanese carrier said
Thursday.
"We hope to get one aircraft almost on a monthly basis and have
eight Dreamliner aircraft by early summer next year," ANA Vice
President for Sales and Marketing Shinya Katanozaka told Dow Jones
Newswires at an industry event in Singapore.
Boeing last month delivered the first of the long-range,
twin-aisle jets to ANA, more than three years behind the jet
maker's original schedule.
Katanozaka also said the recovery in air traffic into Japan from
China was taking much longer than expected but he expected some
normalization by the end of the year.
