The operations of Vaportownusa.com are established and the company has a significant revenue base which has the potential to accelerate exponentially.  It is our intention to close this transaction in an expedited manner and the purchase price will be satisfied through a combination of restricted stock and cash payments in order to minimize dilution and preserve the integrity of the company's capital structure.
