AIAD is a company with $60 million in tax assets in losses to be offset (POR). Behind the owners are large investors and government influencers. AIAD will rise like the Phoenix whenever they want... good structure, large owners. Remember that the losses to be offset can only be companies in the same sector, and that AIAD is in the hottest sector, AI... I can't currently accumulate work with Charles Schwab. It's clear that what they want is to keep the small shareholders out of the company.

Anything is possible in pinkie land, but if this enjoys a run it almost certainly won't be based on the fundamentals of the company, which are basically non-existent at this point, and likely to remain so.

One of the directors purchased 25 million shares in February, the main investor has dropped more than 10 million on the company over the last two years so I think they will file as it costs basically nothing! I could easily be wrong !!! Five years ago I bought into rollerblading company onlt to have it go dead and and sat at no bid for three years and then some one decided it was worth playing with and it ran to .0069 I sold it at .0026 and was very happy, so you never know what will happen in pinky land!!! GLTA

It's definitely wishful thinking to hope that they will ever file again. They never had any proprietary product, and now companies are just renting data mining services directly themselves. They have no product at this point. There is no reason to think they still have any contracts, and their webpage is dead ... I mean, let's be real.

I think it comes back after they file but I simply have a hard time understanding a CEO letting this happen. There are worthless .0001 tickers that manage to file minimum paperwork in order to stay current, but Hug can't manage the bare minimum filing. GLTA

The wife part is funny. It's not dead completely yet and has a chance of amazing everyone. Not saying it will.....it's the OTC and stranger things have happened. I think mm's are picking up shares and sitting on them until financials come out! You and I can not buy them and only market makers can. I am sad to say I thought AIAD would never be late in filing again, so I loaded up on shares and my wife says I will never learn LOL GLTA

Trump Jr and Laura Trump were given 500,000 and 750,000 shares respectively to continue working to build Salem but I know every one was hoping the trump connection would help us here but I have been here over five years and have not seen that pay off yet. If they still have a working relationship with Parscale then maybe some thing could come of it. GLTA

Salem media has zero reason to do that. AIAD has nothing of value, Salem media has 30x their revenue.

Hey Marinoky I am sorry you are feeling so low but try to stay positive because the last time they went expert they came back and got pushed up to the .004 range
so you never know what will happen! Obviously no one is impressed with the way this company is currently being run and I just hope they get thier filings in and correct this right away! GLTA

The CEO of this company needs to be let go!!! He has done nothing to instill confidence in the company and there has been no communication from the company other than an 8K stating they had lost two of their largest customers and were letting go of 42% of the workforce!!!! No follow-up, no plan of action going forward in the last 60 days. How do you expect shareholders to watch their investments just evaporate as you just collect a paycheck with no leadership being shown!!! GLTA

I know you have been here a long time and so have I in fact we both enjoyed the ride to 17 that was a ride from .0011 to .17 was lifechanging for me. I am hoping this does not collapse here. I have been buying a lot at these prices but if someone dumps a bunch of shares at one time could drive this down to trips. Would be nice to see a 10q with teeth in it like increased revenue or at least a strategic plan with forward looking statement to ease traders minds. GLTA

They filed 10Q 12/12/2024 so would think around 03/12/2025 would be next deadline but I could easily be wrong. GLTA

Looking pretty sad here this morning with bid at .0017 and ask at .002 !! Company needs to put out some positive information or we are heading for trips in near future. Really don't want this too happen as I already have a couple .0001 lead weights. GLTA
