As reported on the Quarterly Report for June 30, 2022 filed with the OTC, on June 9 Scott Joseph Wallace (Wallace) transferred his Series A Preferred Shares of AHFD to Robert Boyar (Boyar) and resigned his positions as Sole Director, CEO, and Treasurer. Boyar became Chairman of AHFD and a Director. In addition, Dr. Gary Aaron was appointed a Director of AHFD as well as CEO. Wallace remains as President.

10million here from yrs ago .0005 and .0006 then .0004 after 15m accumulation end of may early june.

Down to .000001 from .0005. Still I wonder why the transfer agent was verified from late April through late June? The drop in price occurred at this morning's opening. Someone must have been planning something to throw money towards to a TA. Will it remain a mystery or unveil itself? Last I discovered a guy named Boyar took control along with Dr. Aaron from Australia, who was named a director, and pushed Wallace into the background. Subsequently they did nothing and stopped filing. The TA agent could have signified anything from them starting action on a plan for a company involving 🥼Dr. Aaron's🩺 menopause 💊hormone treatments💉, to a sale of this shell, to a hijacking. The mystery of the spring TA remains. Anyone have any clues?

A new scam has emerged out of the old. Like I said in the past, AHFD has become the red-headed stepchild of scams.

probably nothing, on Marketscreener there is a Wang Tao listed as COO and Theresa Ramirez as CFO.
whether these were added back in 2022 or more recently I have no clue, which by the way, for the life of me when I randomly happened to look at AHFD to see those out of sequence trades at that price, figured had to be a misprint or a favor to someone. yet when I'm reading about what is currently out in the who knows what expert market, maybe, just maybe.... can only hope

Really don't have an answer to that. Could be changing TAs. SDVI did that. It was Verified, then not Verified, then Verified again. So we'll keep watching.

Hi Lime. I'm just wondering why they don't have a verified transfer agent.
They had one verified on April 29th 2024 but they don't have one now

.0001s are gone. I'm seeing an ask at .0005 now. Definitely interesting. Someone is behind the scenes here. I don't know much anything else about it though. I grabbed a few at .0001 just for a lotto to see if we do see some development here.

How I found this? I don't remember. I might have followed one of the expert posters here or else I found it via OTCM Stock Screener, which I query daily.

OTCM Markets are very slow, but volume will come back eventually and then it will be fun again.

And on only 50,000 shares volume? Up 59,000%!! Someone must know something very beneficial for the price to rise that drastically. Is the share structure unchanged? Just curious LT, how did you know about the TA a couple of months ago? Were you actively checking or another method?

The TA became verified for about 2 months-late April late June or end of June. Why would that happen if no one was planning on doing anything? Evidently Boyar took control and Aaron became a director. Formerly, they were not involved with AHFD. Wallace has only a figurehead role now. What they are planning, if anything, or whether this shell has changed hands again; I do not know. I suppose we will find out in due time.

Unknown. It was TA verified about a week ago; last time I checked. And it was for about 2 months. Not enough information on what is going on to make an educated guess.

Even though they are part of the OS I wonder if the company has the right to cancel them eventually.

Can't confirm on that question. My understanding is that the shares go into a repository. Don't ever trade, and are still part of the OS.

Thank you for the explanation. Who gets the shares that retail dumps at .00001 or .000001? The broker takes those shares over ? Does that mean they go back into the company’s stock treasury? Or does the broker get to sell them and make money too.

Usually a .00001 or a .000001 is retail clearing it with their brokerage, it needs to print the transaction. The broker takes the shares for free and retail loses 100%, some people give up, that's understandable

100,000 shares, cant tell if that's just MM games or retail or not.

It's also a signal there is zero bid on the stock.

Lime do you know why MM’s always seem to push stocks down to .000001? Retail can’t trade that low.

There are a lot of tickers that were in the EM that have filed and have come out of EM.
Coming out of EM is simple up to date filings.
CE is another story.
I’ve had a couple of tickers that have come out of EM. All they had to do was file
I understand leaving the ticker dormant until someone has use for it.
A verified TA shows that something is in the works. Otherwise why verify ?

I believe that Expert Market should be abolished - as they exist to scam unsophisticated investors.

It is listed by the OTCM as being Dark or Defunct - a Shell Company - and it is on the Expert Market.

I know the history of this shell - David George was in control behind the curtains and he installed John Griffin from Nashville as the CEO.

George was using Robert Hipple a serial scammer who myself and others put him down and both SKTO/AEGY were suspended. And they did a 1:1000 reverse split.

Well... Yeah. I don't like to say that a lot, but if people are playing with these types of stocks they should know that. Secret tip.

There was a trade not more than 2 months ago and may have been others since. I have not checked. I have a small position already. It may be worth it to increase it. A grand now could turn into a small fortune at these prices. My gut instincts are this is Boyar. He must have had some sort of plan 2 years back.

Oh I didn’t know that so as long as there is one trade within 365 days they won’t delist a company?
