Manitex Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MNX) announced today that it has revised its
Management Information Circular dated February 21, 2008 and filed on SEDAR on
February 28, 2008.  Specifically, Appendix B "Statement of Corporate Governance
Practices" has been amended to conform to the corporate governance disclosure
requirements of Regulation 58-101, Form 58-101-F2.
