GKX Gemini Corp. (delisted)

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) today announced the addition of Dr.
Roderick Facey to its Executive Team as Vice President, Technology Solutions. In
addition, Gemini wishes to advise that Mr. Carl Johnson has completed the
transition from Executive Chairman to Chairman of the Board for the Corporation.


Dr. Roderick Facey is a professional engineer with a doctorate degree in
engineering from the University of Alberta. He has held a number of
progressively senior management positions throughout his more than 20-year
professional career undertaking work in the areas of water and wastewater
engineering, industrial waste, renewable energy, and heavy oil related projects.
Roderick has been employed with Gemini since 2004 and has been actively involved
in the Corporation's delivery of several innovative technology solutions. His
knowledge and experience will be of significant benefit to Gemini and its
clients as new technologies continue to be developed and enhanced within the
Corporation's target markets. He will also be involved in the training and
mentoring of engineering staff as part of Gemini's career path management
initiatives. 


Mr. Carl Johnson is the founder of Gemini Corporation and has been active in
leading the business since its inception in 1982. He is a professional engineer
with a passion for working with clients to assist them in solving engineering
challenges. His background and experience lead to the growth of Gemini from a
small professional engineering firm to a thriving multi-faceted corporation
providing engineering and field solutions to a broad array of clients in a
number of industry sectors. Although his day-to-day activities will be
substantially reduced in his new role as Chairman, Carl will continue to provide
valuable guidance and support to the executive management team for the growth
initiatives of the Corporation.
