Buzz Capital Inc. (the “Corporation”) (TSXV: BUZ.P) announced today that the proposed business combination between the Corporation and Kaya Inc. ("Kaya"), originally announced on March 16, 2018, will not be proceeding as a result of Kaya informing the Corporation that it does not intend to complete the transaction.

The Corporation will continue to search for prospective opportunities to complete its qualifying transaction and maximize value for shareholders.
