communications, announced today that it has appointed Mario Belanger as chief operating officer. In
his new role, Mario will report to Eric
Melka, Redline CEO, and will leverage his more than two
decades of global network, telecom and information technology
experience to manage all operational aspects of the company.

development and sales will be an integral part of our growth

Mario has many years of experience building superior
customer-facing organizations and his extensive track record
includes simultaneously growing revenues, improving operational
efficiencies, and aligning teams to deliver on common goals. Before
joining Redline, Mario spent more than 4 years as senior vice
president of sales for Bell Canada's
Business Markets, successfully integrating 3 separate sales groups
into a unified Bell Enterprise sales organization. Before
Bell, he was the president of Avaya
Canada where he led an organization of 500 employees to
sustained revenue growth through a vertical market focus and
strategic business partner recruitment. As president of
Paradyne International for 7 years, Mario grew Paradyne's
international business by targeting emerging markets and
countries.
