Cancellation of Dealings


Following the suspension of dealings in the Company's shares on 9 January 2003
and the appointment of administrative receivers to the Company on 19 March 2003,
application has been made for the cancellation of the Company's dealing facility
on AIM with effect from 23 May 2003.
