On March 14, 2011, John E. Peller ("John Peller") acquired ownership of, and
control and direction over, 81,194 Class A Non-Voting Shares (the "Class A
Shares") of Andrew Peller Limited ("Peller Limited"), representing .0068% of the
issued and outstanding Class A Shares (trading symbol "ADW.A" on the Toronto
Stock Exchange ("TSX")), through the facilities of the TSX. As a result, John
Peller now has ownership of, and control and direction over, 1,262,214 Class A
Shares, representing 10.62% of the issued and outstanding Class A Shares. John
Peller effected the acquisition of Class A Shares for investment purposes. John
Peller may, from time to time, acquire ownership of, or control or direction
over, additional securities of Peller Limited, or dispose of some or all of the
existing or additional securities he holds or will hold.
