American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Tri-Valley
Corporation NEW YORK, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Tri-Valley
Corporation under the ticker symbol TIV. Tri-Valley Corporation is
in the business of exploring, acquiring and developing prospective
and producing petroleum and precious metals properties and
interests therein. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries.
Tri-Valley Oil & Gas Company ("TVOG") operates the oil &
gas activities. TVOG derives the majority of its revenue from gas
