                        Re: Directorate and Delisting



The executive directors of the Company Louise Hanson and Simon Barklem have
resigned to allow Chris Matthews to take the Company in a different strategic
direction.  In addition, Nigel Barklem, non-executive director, has also
resigned.



The Company announces the appointment of Robert Peter West (29) and Lorraine
Adams (41) as executive directors.  Mr. West is a director of Resolvit Limited
and Ms Adams is a director of Gorgeous Networks Limited.  There are no further
details regarding Mr. West or Ms Adams to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(f)
of the AIM rules. Chris Matthews will become executive Chairman.



The Company also announces its intention to cancel its quotation on AIM on 3rd
April 2003 because the costs are excessive compared with the advantages. The
Company will be self-funding and should additional funds be required, the new
Board are well able to provide funding to the Company.
