The Company was notified yesterday that as the result of a sale of 50,000
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'), Delphic Global Opportunities Fund Limited is now interested in
3,458,860 Ordinary Shares representing 50.87 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
