American Stock Exchange LLC to Delist Securities of Congoleum Corporation

NEW YORK, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange
LLC(R) (Amex(R)) announced today its final determination to remove
the Class A common stock (the "Securities") of Congoleum
Corporation from listing on the Exchange, and filed an application
on Form 25 to strike the Securities from listing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The delisting will
become effective on March 24, 2008 unless postponed by the SEC.
Pursuant to its rules, the Exchange provided notice to Congoleum
Corporation of the decision to delist the Securities and an
opportunity to appeal the decision to a panel designated by the
Exchange's Board of Governors. In addition to this press release,
the Exchange will provide public notice of its determination on its
website. Notice will remain posted on the website until the
