Company”) announces that Mr. Thomas Clarke,
P.Geo., PrSciNat, has resigned as a Director of the Company,
effective immediately.
Mr. Mansoor Jan, MAX Power CEO, commented: “Tom
has been a Director of MAX Power since the Company first went
public three years ago and we thank him for his valued
contributions, from his important role in our lithium discovery at
the Willcox Project in Arizona to our entry into the Natural
Hydrogen sector. Our entire team has enjoyed working with him over
the last three years and his efforts on the geological side have
set us up very well for great success in 2025 and beyond. We wish
Tom well in his future endeavors.”
