The Palo Alto, Calif., enterprise software company unveiled a raft of innovations, new offerings, services and expanded partnerships as part of its "VMware Explore" flagship partner conference. Among the announcements, VMware says it has extended its collaboration with Microsoft Corp. to make it easier for customers to run enterprise workloads in Microsoft Azure.
