Limited ("Taomee" or the "Company") (NYSE: TAOM), one of the

China, today announced that Mr.
Frank Chenghua Zhu has resigned from
his position as executive vice president of the Company for
personal reasons, effective from August 31,
2013.
Mr. Benson Haibing Wang,
co-founder and chief executive officer of Taomee, commented, "Since

Zhu has made significant contributions to the developments of our
