Fund, Inc. (TWN) announced today the results of its Annual
Stockholders Meeting held on April
21, 2015. The Fund's stockholders elected seven
individuals to the Board of Directors. Joe O. Rogers, M.
Christopher Canavan, Jr., Michael F.
Holland, William C. Kirby,
Anthony Kai Yiu Lo, Lawrence A. Kudlow and Chih T. Cheung were elected for one-year terms,
expiring in 2016.

The stockholders of the Fund also voted to remove the Fund's
investment limitation that restricts the Fund's equity investments
to securities listed and traded on the Taiwan stock exchange or traded in the
over-the-counter market in Taiwan
(collectively, "Taiwan Traded Securities"). The Fund reported
that 76.96% of the Fund's outstanding shares voted in favor of
removing the Fund's investment limitation that restricts the Fund's
equity investments to Taiwan Traded Securities.
