Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 19, 2020, Summit Midstream Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), held a conference call related to its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) any and all of its 9.50% Series A Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units for newly issued common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership. A copy of the call script and the related investor presentation are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
