      $SOS hey BottomBounce you should join the class action lawsuit from the Cluckers who got robbed by Wang and his chicken coop gang via postcard or email.
      I can't find anything about it on CNN Money but will cover before the shares are deregistered and Krauss yacht collection gets seized.

      $SOS this massive SCAM won't only be delisted to the pink sheets but probably even further down to the grey sheets with a final destination of .0001 and probably by the end of the year.

      - CFO was fired for fraud and is still on the lam.
      - CEO is a fugitive from the PRC for running a massive Ponzi scheme.
      (His wife was a $SGLY director (another SCAM exposed by Hindenburg Research) and employee of $SOS so basically they sold tens of millions worth of fake rigs to none other than themselves!)

      Weidong Feng, the same $SOS CTO that gave the walk through of the rural CCP chicken coops was at the same time the $CCNC CEO when they signed the Koi deal with $AGMH.
      Conflict of interest anyone? Meanwhile Wang, Krauss & Co are laughing at the bagholders they created all the way to the bank with their tens of millions of Preferred B stock so control all voting on reverse splits.

      Maybe that due diligence expert BottomBounce/SpotOnTrade/Whatever other handles? could swing by and shed some light on this with his CNN Money links showing all the cash they STOLE. He seems to have disappeared from here to spam 50 boards with a bunch of other scams.

      $SOS Wang better fast track the next 70% discount offering before the market cap/shareholder equity delisting notices really start piling up...then come another round of class actions where the ambulance chasers might attempt to subpoena the CCP to search the chicken farm for the missing $600 million. Good luck with that.

      $SOS maybe after this SCAM does another 1/50 reverse split Klinny...you Masey and my early detractors all seemed to have quietly disappeared but I hope you made it back somewhere else. Even newer bagholders like BottomBounce/SpotOnTrade or whatever other handles he goes by these days ran away.

      Soon another delisting notice for many issues but I'm sure Wang and Krauss will squeeze in a few more offerings before the chickens R.I.P.

      There's no change to the strike price as it represents the correct number of ADRs to represent the correct number of Class A Shares. It's the number of Class A shares that needs to remain the same.

      Your broker might charge you a corporate action fee. I've seen these as high as $38 (might be per option or group of options with same strike and date). You have time to ask. This is not advice, but if the fee is not palatable, you could sell your options pre RS and re-buy post RS. Any loss would be subject to wash sale rules.

      $SOS staying short right through the R/S because what will happen is they'll get compliance then quickly drop another offering followed by another and another until it's back to pennies. (with a few more fake PR's on the way to sucker in more victims) Then keep on repeating the SCAM like when they were "China Emergency Rescue Services" and "China Rapid Finance"...this SCAM entity operates like a Greek Shipper.

      Still ZERO evidence of ANY mining machines and as for all the "cash" they have they got that cash from millions of retail bagholders who fell for the SCAM hook line and sinker. Many were or are right here.

      Singularity had entered into a JV to produce crypto mining equipment in October 2021 and, in January 2022, disclosed a massive $200 million order from a subsidiary of a U.S. listed China-based crypto company called SOS Limited

      Singularity’s massive mining rig deal appears to be a brazen undisclosed related party deal. Yang Jie’s wife has served as VP of the SOS subsidiary that made the $200 million order. Yang Jie also controls an entity based at the exact same address as the SOS subsidiary.

      So SOS Limited Inc./Rapid Finance/Emergency Rescue Services said they bought "rigs" from another fraudulent Chinese entity who's CEO is on the lam for running a Ponzi scheme with his wife serving as VP of the SOS subsidiary that made the (fake) order...so in essence ordering from themselves!
