PRIME Hotels & Resorts Makes Triple Play in Phoenix Market With
Three Wyndham Conversions Positions Brand in the Southwest Corridor
with 534 Guest Rooms and Suites FAIRFIELD, N.J., May 25

& Resorts enters the next stage of Wyndham conversions with the
re-branding of three properties in the Phoenix market. Today, the
Wyndham Garden Hotel - North Phoenix will be flagged PRIME Hotel
Phoenix North; on June 7 the Wyndham Hotel - Phoenix Airport
becomes PRIME Hotel & Suites Phoenix/Airport, and immediately
following that, on June 9, the Wyndham Garden Hotel - Chandler will
be branded PRIME Hotel & Suites Phoenix/Chandler. "These
conversions place us in a strong position in the Phoenix
marketplace, offering both the business and leisure traveler the
luxury of choice based on location, features and preference,"

Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) for 24 AmeriSuites hotels and 12

2004 for the AmeriSuites hotels and February 1, 2004 for the PRIME
Hotels & Resorts hotels. Also, as part of the agreement, HPT
will provide $25 million during the first two years to pay for
