announce that Kevin Schultze has
joined the firm as Managing Director in the Financial Institutions
Group. Kevin will be responsible for providing detailed portfolio
analytics to banks, insurance companies, trust companies, savings
and loans, credit unions and municipalities. Kevin has over 20
years of experience in fixed income portfolio management and
economic research, he will report to Robert
S. Lowenthal, Senior Managing Director of Taxable Fixed
Income Sales & Trading.

Mr. Schultze joins Oppenheimer from Stone & Youngberg, where
he managed a team that provided research and strategy ideas to
institutional clients. Previously, he served as a Vice
President and Lead Senior Analyst for RBC Dain Rauscher, where he
oversaw the design and implementation of financial strategies for
the firm's fixed income clients. Prior to that, he was
President of Community Bank and Thrift Advisory Services, Inc.,
which he founded in 1986.
