Since 1998, Dotworkz has revolutionized the outdoor camera market
with innovative designs for climate security enclosures that can be
outfitted with cameras, communication hardware, ultra-compact and
powerful NVRs (Network Video Recorder), and other electronic
components. With the increased growth and product popularity,
Dotworkz is pleased to announce a new U.S. distribution alliance
with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world's largest technology
distributor. Under the agreement, Ingram Micro's Physical Security
Business Unit will sell the complete portfolio of Dotworkz
solutions to system integrators, dealers and retailers in the U.S.
Dotworkz camera housings are compatible with all network and
analog camera brands and styles, are U.S. made, and built to
withstand tough weather conditions varying from remote frozen
highways in Minnesota to searing summer heat in Arizona.
The outdoor product line includes unparalleled protection
ratings, unique internal temperature control kits, and the highest
level of industry certifications available. If power is not readily
available, Dotworkz product kits can include full feature remote
solar powering options, 3G/4G radio mounts, point-to-point
wireless, and edge based compact NVRs.
In addition to their unique camera enclosure systems, Dotworkz
NVRs are designed exclusively for security applications where
product quality, operations and reliability are a must.
The line of NVR form factors are expandable, upgradeable,
available in multiple configurations, and pre-installed with the
leading video surveillance VMS software trials.
Dotworkz CEO, William Ferris, adds, "Dotworkz products have
solved tough install problems for U.S.-based projects for many
years, and with Ingram Micro's national reach we can now get these
products to our dealer base faster and more efficiently."
"Purpose-built solutions for extreme climate security enclosures
is an important niche within our U.S. partner base, which makes
Dotworkz a great addition to our physical security portfolio," says
Tom Burns, director, Physical Security Business Unit, Ingram Micro
North America.
