Dear Sirs,

I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (indistinctly, “EDENOR” or the “Company”) in compliance with the applicable norm, in order to inform that, in line with the lowering of the Argentine sovereign debt rating, Moody's Investors Service resolved to modify the classification of the Company's debt obligations due in 2022 on a national scale from Aa3 to Baa3, on a global scale from B1 to Caa1 and the shares category from 1 to 2; this, with downward perspective.
