Boeing said Aviation Capital Group has ordered 13 737 Max Jets, increasing the airplane lessor's order book to 47.

The U.S. aircraft maker said Tuesday the latest order it has secured comes as Aviation Capital grows its single-aisle options to meet "robust customer demand for the fuel-efficient 737 Max airplane family."

The order includes seven 737-8 jets, which can carry up to 210 passengers, and six 737-10 jets, with a capacity of 230 passengers.
