There are many junior companies and startups working to bring the price of clean hydrogen down past $1/kg cost to produce.

Some ways of doing that are to capture the carbon byproduct in a solid form (Graphite)….use Methane from wastewater treatment plants as feed and other cost saving

I wasn't concerned about a lawsuit, just the similarity in naming. Glucoguard is a name already given to a blood sugar supplement, so when you search ADHC's product you'll see mostly unrelated options.

They should rename Glucoguard to something unique to help with name recognition.
