United Financial Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend GREAT FALLS,
Mont., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Financial Corp.
("United") (NASDAQ:UBMT) today reported that the Board of Directors
increased the quarterly dividend by $.01 per share to $.28 per
share, payable March 1, 2005, to shareholders of record on February
15, 2005. United expects to report 2004 earnings the week of
February 21, 2005. United Financial Corp. is a bank holding company
based in Great Falls, Montana, and is the parent of Heritage Bank,
