On March 1, 2023, Splunk Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release that included preliminary unaudited financial information for the quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2023. A copy of the related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
