ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On July 30, 2013, PVF Capital Corp. (the “Company”) announced earnings for the fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the press release and certain financial information for this period is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
