Includes (1) 2,500 shares of restricted stock granted on 2/28/2019 which vests in full on the third anniversary of the date of the grant; (2) 2,800 shares of restricted stock granted on 3/31/2020 which vests in four equal installments on 3/31/2022, 3/31/2023, 3/31/2024, and 3/31/2025; and (3) 5,000 shares of restricted stock granted on 3/15/2021 subject to an evenly distributed five-year vesting schedule.
