Community Memorial Health Systems Signs Five-Year Managed Services Contract with INX

INX Inc., (NASDAQ: INXI) wins five-year Managed Services contract with Community Memorial Health Systems.

Community Memorial Health Systems (CMHS) is a community-owned, not-for-profit organization based in Ventura County, CA. CMHS is comprised of two hospitals and nine family-practice health centers that serve various communities within Ventura County. CMHS signed a five-year contract with INX Managed Services, worth $750,000, to manage their data and telecommunications networks from 2011 to 2016. The data infrastructure and Cisco Unified Communications System encompass all of CMHS’s 11 locations.

During the partner selection process, CMHS sought a company to provide solutions for comprehensive network and communications support. INX’s reputable past with CMHS and successful project track-record contributed heavily to the final decision.

Gary Derheim, Vice President of INX Managed Services, said: “This type of long-term managed services agreement will provide stability and peace of mind to CMHS. They can focus on patient and staff needs, while still having confidence that their data and communications network is going to be fully functional and well maintained.”

Prior to this contract, INX has provided ongoing local engineering support for CMHS and has fulfilled numerous project engagements, including a new Exchange 2010 deployment on VMware.
