Throughout 2016, the climb has been steady... is water finally getting a harder look???

Drought is everywhere but nobody is paying attention to water... water is plentiful in bottles and super convenient... for now... the time of want/need is nearly here.

The sector is under the radar.. almost invisible... how many water catstrophes need to manifest - California/Western US drought, Flint, MI problems and scandal...

PHO is doing better than expected considering the last and current P&F chart...
