Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) distributed on January 12, 2023 a proxy statement and certain other related materials to its shareholders of record as of January 4, 2023 (the “Meeting Materials”) in connection with its 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of Members to be held at 11:00 a.m., Hong Kong standard time, on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. The Meeting Materials are filed as exhibits to this Report on Form 6-K.
