Item 2.03

Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

Extension of the Termination Date

On December 5, 2024, Globalink Investment Inc. (the “Company”) deposited an aggregate of $60,000 (the “Extension Payment”) into the trust account of the Company for its public stockholders, which enables the Company to further extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month (the “Extension”) from December 9, 2024 to January 9, 2025 (the “Termination Date”). The Extension is the eighteenth extension since the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering on December 9, 2021, and the first of up to six extensions permitted under the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended, currently in effect.

A press release describing the Company’s decision to effect the Extension is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Globalink Investment Inc. Announces Extension of the Deadline to Complete a Business Combination to January 9, 2025

New York, NY – December 10, 2024 — Globalink Investment Inc. (Nasdaq: GLLI, GLLIW, GLLIR, GLLIU) (“Globalink” or the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that on December 5, 2024, it caused to be deposited $60,000 (the “Extension Payment”) into its trust account (the “Trust Account”) with Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company (“Continental”) to extend the deadline to complete its initial business combination from December 9, 2024 to January 9, 2025. The extension is the eighteenth extension since the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering on December 9, 2021, and the first of up to six extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents currently in effect.
