Brera Holdings PLC (“Brera Holdings” or the “Company” Nasdaq: BREA) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 1,500,000 Class B Ordinary Shares at a price to the public of $5.00 per share for a total of $7,500,000 of gross proceeds to the Company (the “Offering”), before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other Offering expenses.

Revere Securities, LLC acted as the underwriter for the Offering.
