This likely means that BRU is consulting on corporate governance. I'd go as far as say they may have brokered the deal, but that would most likely be a conflict of interest because they also gave an opinion about the deal itself.

Hopefully Kib Plug Energy will follow other Korean companies and get a listing on the NASDAQ. In one of Kibs filing to it's shareholders at Dart in Korea Coretec said they were preparing for a NASDAQ listing. They may have meant Kib is going to list on the NASDAQ
