Million
Offering of Series VII Corporate Bonds
ROSARIO,
Argentina - December 23, 2021 - Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (“Bioceres” or
the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BIOX), a fully-integrated global provider of crop productivity solutions designed to enable the
transition of agriculture towards carbon neutrality, announced today that its subsidiary Rizobacter Argentina S.A. (“Rizobacter”)
has completed a $20 million public offering of Series VII corporate bonds in the Argentine market. The bonds mature in December 2024
and pay an annual nominal interest rate of 1.49%.
Proceeds
will be used to support working capital and build HB4 inventories, as well as for general corporate purposes, while extending debt maturities
and reducing financing costs.
