Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 11, 2023, ATAI Life Sciences N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 and provided a business update. A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Form 8-K”) and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
