On May 11, 2022, AppLovin Corporation (“AppLovin”) issued a press release announcing that AppLovin had issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release and shareholder letter are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this current report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein.
