Thursday in Asia the Pakistan rupee staged a sharp fall against its US counterpart. The Pakistan currency touched 83.34 against the US currency by 12:50 pm ET, with 83.57 seen as the next downside target level. The pair closed Wednesday's deals at 83.06.
